My father-in-law had surgery today. It was stressful not being able to call and talk to my family. Lame rule about no cell phones on the unit floor. We had made arrangements to call between noon and one, but some knuckleheads got us locked down for the shift. As soon as the doors opened I went straight to the phones. Straight to voice mail. Finally got thru after count. All went well.
